The SQF program is recognized by the Global Food and Safety Initiative (GFSI), as well as retailers and foodservice providers around the world, as being one of the most rigorous and credible food safety management systems.

Along with being SQF Certified, Deli Star is USDA inspected, FDA inspected, and HACCP Certified. Using the latest industry initiatives, Quality Assurance techniques, and HACCP Programs we ensure the highest level of food safety in the engineering and production of our products. USDA inspection allows for the satisfaction of all food safety standards and practices.

The established manufacturing process and critical control points established per the HACCP Management program provide lethality and stabilization to ensure Deli Star products meet the highest expectation of safety and quality.
